“Cleansing” is a hot topic now in the U.S. especially where I live in Colorado. So in vogue now, that it can cause one to just do nothing because of the daunting task to find a safe, reliable, and affordable system.

There are many products and companies touting that they have the magic juice or ingredient to “cleanse” our body. However, data supports the importance of having a full spectrum nutritional intake to support the body in cleansing using both phase one and phase two pathways.

The body has 2 main pathways of detoxification called phase one and phase two. I never would have thought that stopping by a kiosk at a mall in Fort Collins, CO to win a bottle of an Aloe based body cleanse would change my life. My results on the cleanse were so surprising that I had to look further into who else was having such wonderful results.

I wanted to know more about the people who make up this company and product line. It has taken me on a journey and opened my eyes to what true wellness is and what residual income is. As a Physical Therapist I thought I was doing all the right things to stay healthy and to plan for retirement.

Do you start your day off with all of the protein, fruits, vegetables, B-vitamins (for energy!), and ionic minerals that your body needs – all in one convenient drink?

I used to eat cereal or a bagel or some other high-carb/low-protein kind of food, or eggs and bacon – much higher on the protein but also high on the fat! Often after eating this kind of food for breakfast I felt both unsatisfied and had stomach discomfort – sometimes I wished I hadn’t ate at all!
