This Weeks Stats: You might want to sit down for this! The team in 10th place has 304 points and the team in first place has 868!!!! Woot! Woot! Talk about making it happen!!!! The individual in 10th place has 133 points and the top individual has a whopping 265 points! See, IT CAN BE Done!

This Weeks Contest: Don’t forget there are also weekly contests that start every MONDAY! This week is actually a 2 week contest. It began on Oct 31st and will run through November 14th. In this contest the goal is to get 50 Points as a team!!!!

Of the teams that get 50 points, TWO will be chosen to win tickets for ALL MEMBERS OF THE TEAM to the New Years Kick Off event in Sunny Phoenix AZ (In cold, chilly, snowy, mushy, January)! This is an awesome contest and it would be fun for your whole team to be there!!! Just Do It!!

Last week Team IsaKanuks vaulted in to the top 10 by getting 92 points in just 1 week! They did it! It can be done. Just a bunch of regular people with no special talent, no super super human power. Just dedication, determination and a commitment to get the job done for themselves and their team! AWESOME! And we can do this!!!

But… Results Like That Don’t Come Easy

INTEREST VS COMMITMENT

Getting results is what we say we all want but like with so many things our actions speak louder than our words. Getting results in our business efforts, our health, our relationships – whatever, it all takes more than just an interest.

Results require commitment!

Interest is ‘the state of wanting to know or learn more about something’. It’s when it sounds like a good idea to you but it’s ‘not really high on the priority list right now’. Things that draw our interest usually include our career, finances, health and happiness. We are all interested in these things, but very few of us are really committed to achieve our dream in anyone one of them.

Commitment implies sacrifice. Saying that you are committed to something suggest that you are putting other things aside to make this thing hold a place of high importance on your ‘Things to Do” list and that results are inevitable!

RESULTS ARE INEVITABLE!

People that are committed work when others won’t work.

People that are committed set examples and lead by example every day.

People that are committed to achieving a goal don’t complain.

people that are committed to something don’t find excuses.

People that are committed keep their eye on their reward at all times and never allow others to take them out of their game.

A Few Notes On Sharing:

Once upon a time someone shared Isagenix with you because they could see a great future for you! They looked at you and could see that your current situation could be better – They had a dream for you and they wanted help you achieve it.

Obviously, you listened to them and found out more a bout Isagenix, but it’s funny how others can see so clearly how we can improve when it’s so hard for to dream those dreams for ourselves. So, why is it so easy for other to lead us to in to CHANGE?

The Great Leaders in our lives are easy to spot because they almost always have one thing in common:They are able to inspire us to act. From Martin Luther King Jr. to Steve Jobs, leaders with the ability to inspire don’t start with what they want done or how they want it done.

Great leaders always start with Why.

The key to success in any area of your life is figuring out Your Why. Why do you want to do this and what changes you can make – in both your health and personal life – to achieve the success you are looking for.

The next step is sharing this tool with others. That’s right you have the power to make someone else dreams come true just because you can usually help those close to you identify their WHY.

REMEMBER: Why is more important that what to do or how to it. Inspiration starts with our “Why”. Real motivation comes from our needs.

Figuring out your current Why: Maybe you have been through this exercise before, but maybe your Why has changed – so just do!

Start with your Why, your ‘need’ that you have today. What is important to you? What gets you up in the morning and makes the Devil say, “Oh no, she’s up!” What do you want to achieve that will give you courage and determination? The how can Isagenix help you achieve it should be easy, but if you need help get in touch with your coach/ sponsor/mentor. They really do want you to succeed!
Help others on your team identify their Why.
Believe that achieving your Why is possible and help others see that they can achieve theirs too. Need help? Look at the Isagenix testimonials in your back office. If you are in a slump – they will get you out.
And …

Why are you still here? Go figure out your Why! Write it on a big poster board, take pictures of what your Why looks like and post them on the board. Then put it where you’ll see it.

Whether you are working your Isagenix business or even if you have a ‘R.E.A.L. J.O.B.”, we have all had ‘that feeling’. It’s the feeling that stops us in our tracks, like we are just not up for taking that next step. Like putting IT off because it’s not fun, makes us uncomfortable or just simply takes too much effort.

We do it in our personal lives when we put off that annual recommended check up with our Doc or when we just forget to make that phone call and apologize for what we said or did the day before. It’s a behavior that also shows up in our professional lives. Some of just us never seem to get to that project because it just keeps ending up on the bottom of our to do list or blow off getting furter education that get us that promotion because it’s just ‘not the right time’.

These are the steps that we take today and that benefit us in the ‘right now’. In the present, not doing what ever IT is we are avoiding feels pretty good. Relief comes as we turn away from the unwanted and move on to the instant gradification of keeping to what makes us comfortable and gives us the biggest reward ‘right now’. Over time those missed steps pile up and suddenly we are in the future and we realize that we missed some incredible opportunities. We come to find that the steps we avoided taking have lead us to the future that is now our reality and a lot of time thats not where we had hoped to end up.

Some people ask, “How did I get here?” ”How did I get in this situation?” We know the answer in our gut. It feels sour and we are filled with regret.

So, what if do take those steps? Of corse it will be hard… It will take true strength. What if we do today what we don’t want to do? Where would we be tomorrow? If you are sick and tiered of where you are today, start now. Use what ever strength you can muster and take those steps that will build your future. It’s is an awesome feeling, knowing that you pushed so hard and have accomplished so much and that you deserved to be here – a total success. People will know you feel it because of the smile that won’t leave your face.

How many total points does your Isagenix IsaDerby have so far?

Remember your goal, if you want to win this thing… here’s what it’s going to take:

Each player should have about 20 points so far. Remember, you’ll need about 6 points per week per player. There’s just over 13 weeks left in the contest. So, that means your goal for the remainder of the contest is about 80 points each.

Yes, that’s a lot but Isagenix just made it a whole lot easier! That’ right!!! There are tons of new rules and changes in the IsaDerby Contest. To hear them all listen to the recorded call.

Here’s what’s new with the NEW RULES!
#1 You no longer need a Star Consultant or above to make an IsaDerby Team. Teams now only need on Consultant or above to play. This is great for team members that may have not gotten to join in before. Remember the last day to sign up is SEPT 26th.

#2 Now you can earn 6 POINTS for new sign ups on autoship who order 1 of those bigger pacs instead of just 4 points. WOW!!!! This is a huge point maker.

Just so we know what we are shooting for:
Below you will find How to Earn Points and Advance In Rank. You can do it!
1.New Associate on Autoship: Your new personally-enrolled Associate joins Autoship at the time of enrollment with a qualifying order of 100BV(9 Day) = 2 points
2.New Associate on Autoship purchases special pak: Your new personally-enrolled Associate joins Autoship at the time of enrollment and purchases a 30-Day System, Pacesetter Pak, Cleansing and Fat Burning Business Pak, or Cleansing and Fat Burning President’s Pak = 6 points
3.Develop or become a Consultant: Develop new personally-enrolled Consultants on your team who have an active Autoship or become a Consultant yourself = 2 points
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS The first advancement in the Team Compensation Plan is the rank of Consultant. To be eligible to be a Paid As Consultant and accumulate GV on both of your Sales Teams (Left and Right) you must be Active(have 100 in volume every 30 days) and maintain a minimum of one Active Personally Enrolled Associate on each of your Sales Team (Left and Right) at any time within the prior 30 days.

4.Develop or become a Star Consultant: Develop a new personally-enrolled Star Consultant on Autoship or become a Star Consultant yourself = 5 points
STAR CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS The next advancement in the Team Compensation Plan is the rank of Star Consultant. You may achieve Star Consultant rank by being a Paid As Consultant and having five Personally Enrolled Associates who are Paid As Consultants (at least one on each your left and right team) at the same time within the prior 30 days.
5.Develop or become an Executive or Crystal Executive: Help your new personally-enrolled team member on Autoship become an Executive or Crystal Executive for the first time or do it yourself for the first time=; 10 points per Executive or Crystal Executive
Once you achieve Star Consultant, your next step is to achieve Executive rank, by being Active (have 100+ in volume every 30 days) and having 10 Personally Enrolled Associates (5 on each of your Left and Right Sales Team), who are Paid As Consultant at the same time within the prior 30 days.
If you do this in your first 6 months, you can qualify as a Crystal Executive and earn special award benefits.

So, let’s plan out our IsaWeek. Remember our goal is to each strive to get 6 points each week.
