First day was rough…. Never thought a salad and a piece of fish would taste so good. Second, third and fourth a breeze. I really didn’t think my body new what was happening. I was overly surprised by the amount of Energy I had in the middle of day 2. Weighed in today and I was 15 lbs lighter. I know most of it was water weight but, I will take it. I am super excited about the days to come after so frustrated with my thyroid and not losing any weight.
