    Creating The Best Possible Out Comes Does NOT Happen By Accident

    It is not hard times which destroy entrepreneurs so much as the feelings of panic and despair which can take hold during those hard times.  The thought that panic and despair are irrational should itself be a source of strength to the entrepreneur: if he can hold on to that thought in a crisis, panic and despair lose all their power over him.

    There are other truths about business life which can be positive assets in adversity. Unlike many of the “happy thoughts” found in self-help manuals, every single of one of them is a proven fact:

    1   Read the biographies of great or highly successful people and you will find practically all of them found themselves in situations worse than the one you are now in, and have felt as bad as you are now feeling;

    2   Every mistake you make can be turned to your advantage, if only you reflect on it, analyse what you did wrong, and resolve not to do the same in future;

    3   You are a lot tougher than you think, but you can only discover that through trials and tests – you are capable of bearing a level of adversity that would shock you if someone told you about it in advance;

    Isagenix IsaDerby Update What Does It Take to Get Back In the Race 

    Hello Isagenix IsaDerby Teams and Friends,

    Congratulations to those of you that have been working very very hard to make sure that you do your part to help your team get on that cruise!  This race is NOT Over Yet!

    This weeks stats: The # 15 Team Team in the IsaDerby already has 328 points.  The #1 Team has 697!!!!  The #10 Top Individual has 160 points and the Top Individual Point Earner has 221!!!

    This weeks contest: It’s ALL about TEAM! Each member of the team must enroll just 1 New Associates with $19 Membership and 100 in BV at the time of enrollment or rank advance themselves or someone that is their personally enrolled and YOUR TEAM name will go in to a drawing for something BIG from Isagenix!!!  It’s a SURPRISE!!!

    This week on the IsaDerby Call the topic of inspiration and motivation was “What Does it Take to Get Back in the Race”

    Tips Shared: The call was all about #’s and each team members controbution.  They showed exactly how top teams got where they are and what it will take for your team  to get there too.

    Here is the break down to get in the top 15 this week:

    The Top 15 Team has 328 Points.  That team has each team member consistently each week sign up just 1 new member.  That’s between 12-36 points depending on if they sign up people with 9 Days or 30 Days.  So, next week they should be around 352 if they get a hand full of both.

    How many points does your team have right now?  Let’s assume that you are 100 points behind right now.  So, you will need about 122 to catch the team in 15th place by next week.  That’s 3 X 30 Day Programs Each and 1 X 9 Day Each.

    Before you say “No Way”, think of Your Why.  Think about how much fun it would be to be cruising together.  Think about 4 people that could really use some finical help this holiday season.  This is your chance to make a real difference in someone’s life both physically and  financially.  You have a gift to give, don’t save it for New Years.  Help 4 People this week and you will also help yourself.  Remember Double PIB?  If you help 4 new people sign up with the 30 Day Program you will earn $200 in doulbe PIB this week.

    Finding to Right Isagenix Sponsor for You 

    As far as finding the right sponsor, you are right to interview a little bit.  Finding the right sponsor will really help you in your business.

    Here is what to look for:

    1 Do you resonate with them.  Do they seem real and likable.  Could you work with them?

    2 Are they successful?  Will they be putting people under you building your business faster then if you had to do it all on your own.

    3 What else can they offer you?  Are they well connected with Corporate and other Top Leaders in the Company.  Are They available to you full time for support and training.  Do they have a training System that they will share with you for FREE that will help you cut the time frame to success in half?

    4 How do they produce leads?  Will they share them with you and/ can they teach you how to produce leads?

    5 Can they help you bring out and take advantage of your strengths and talents.

    Is Area important?  Yes and No.  Yes because it is important yo have local events to attend and to bring new people to introduce them to Isagenix.  No because these events probably already exist in your area and if not we can make that happen :) .

    Isagenix Business Stay in Positive Motion 

    The Isagenix IsaDerby is about half way done and so far the Race has been amazing!!!
    This weeks stats: The # 15 Team Team in the IsaDerby already has 226 points.  The #1 Team has 515!!!!
    The #10 Top Individual has 114 points and the Top Individual Point Earner has 175!!! 

    This weeks contest: It’s the same contest as last week -Enroll at least 3 New Associate with $19 Membership that order at least 100 in volume at the time of enrollment last week and this week for total of 6 all together or if you missed your 3 last week, GET 6 THIS WEEK and your name will go in to a drawing for a Free Two Night Stay at Sheraton for the News Kick Off in Phoenix AZ in January!!!
