If you wish to win the weight-loss race, you have to begin with finding the starting line. Determining the number of calories necessary to maintain your current weight is useful information when it comes to fighting the battle of the bulge. This number then can help you to determine how many daily calories you will need to consume to actually lose weight. The Mifflin-St. Jeor equations are a fairly accurate tool to establish daily calorie requirements.

For more information on weight-loss through nutritional cleansing and replenishing you can call us toll free at 1-866-982-DIET (3438), or you can visit our web-site at http://www.cleansebenefits.com.

Hello

I am starting the cleanse Monday … Few questions … I would like my cleanse days to be Monday n Tuesday so can I do the pre cleanse for 1 day instead of two ? And then only do 4 shake days to get my cleanse days on a Monday or Tuesday?

Sure, keep it flexable. Make it fit your life so that you can stick to it.
Yes, you can pre cleanse for just one day. But why? You will have an extra shake day on the end of your program.
Here is what that plan looks like:
Shake Sun, Cleanse M + T, Shakes W – SUN (5 Days), Cleanse M + T, Shake W.
It sounds like a good plan.
You will do well.
I hope this helps.
Call or email anytime.
Stay Healthy

I am starting the plan Monday so I will pre cleanse Monday 1 day .. cleanse Tuesday and Wednesday and then do the shakes from Thursday to sunday 4 days and cleanse Monday and Tuesday to get on a cleNse schedule of Monday to start my 30 day program … ;-$ is that ok ?

It will be a little tougher this way, but your result should be the same.
I think you can do it. Talking to you, I know you are really ready for this.
Sticky to the program and not cheating is the key.
Have you got some meals planed yet?

Why would it be tougher this way ?

Yes I have took some ideas from the menu u sent over and I will use them or brown rice and beans … Very simple basic and whole grains or veggies … But for the most part I will haveing hummus , tofu , brown rice , beans , or salad Thanx again

Tougher because the pre cleanse days give you the nutrients you need to be really healthy going to the cleanse days. Also, the 5 shake days are easy compared to the cleanse days. Making it just 4, will cut down on the number of ‘easy days’.
However, you are unique. You know, most people do not eat as healthy as you do and are not as mentally prepared for the cleanse days the way you are. I can’t wait until you start. It’s fun working with you because you are so committed. Most people are looking for cheats and have all kinds of excuses. You are determined. Keep me updated.
Also, I don’t know if I told you this, but I used Amy’s organic frozen meals when I first started. They counted the calories for me, provided variety and they were yummy.

Stay Healthy

I might so two pre cleanse days them and only 3 shake days then cleanse again but whatever is best I will do I go back to work next weds so I am trying to make my cleanse days Mon n Tuesday so when I go to work I can eat n not feel deprived … If u have any suggestions let me know .. I plan on starting Monday ! So I have from now till to Monday to figure out the days n plan it ! Thanx soo much

Do the first plan. 1 pre Cleanse day, 2 Cleanse Days, 4 shake days, 2 cleanse days, 2 shake days. This will work.

Hey, I checked out the amys organic meals and some if not most are higher in fat then I expected … Most of them are 12 gms of fat or more … Is that ok ?

It’s is exactly what I used on my first 9 day.
I had great success!

Ok I just picked some up but they r high in sodium too ! Is that ok??

Yeah. They are a little high in sodium, but they worked for me. Salt really can make you hold water, but the amount in one meal will not effect you.
Here is the math- There’s about 780 mg in the Amy’s meal in my fridge. In each shake there’s about 115mg. So, that’s 780 + 230 = 1010mg per day. The recommended daily allowance of sodium is between 1,500 and 2,400 milligrams (mg) a day for healthy adults. Keep in mind that the lower your sodium, the more beneficial effect on blood pressure and the less water you will retain.
So, 1010 sounds safe.
Working with you is fun.
Do you mind if I post some of your questions or put them in our Newsletter.
Stay Healthy

Sounds good to me ! And I would be honored if you posted my questions I guess I ask good ones haha

There are Isagenix Snacks include in your system and those are for cleanse days. You can use them on Shake days to ward of cravings, but they are an important part of your cleanse day, so do not forget them!

You’ll have 6 of them on a cleanse day. Spread them out about every 2-3hours. They will help you get though cravings.

Other examples of things you can have on a cleanse day- hard boiled egg, 3-5 raw almonds or walnuts or half an organic apple or pear. It is OK to have something like these snacks if you really feel you just ‘NEED SOMETHING”. The truth is your body is still being nourished and you don’t need it, but you may want it and these are some very good choices.

Remember the more closely you follow the program the quicker your results. So, no treats other than the Isagenix Snacks is best, but make it work for you.

On Shake days you’ll have 2 shakes and 1 meal 400-600 calories. Make it flexible. Start with a shake for breakfast and one for lunch if that works for you. If you need something to snack on between those two meals or late night, the Isagenix snacks are ok, but so are the other snacks we talked about. Remember to minus out the calories from your 400-600 meal. Try having a 400 calorie dinner and a 200 calorie snack like apple with peanut butter or cottage cheese with fresh fruit. Frozen organic meals are great for calorie counting and they keep you out of the kitchen if you are a nibbler.
You’ll love your results!

Let’s talk more on Facebook and if you don’t want to cleanse alone be sure to join our group cleanse on Facebook too!

If need to learn more about Isagenix you can visit our site at http://www.CleanseMyself.com

Bet you will never guess this one smarty pants…That’s right it’s Soda Pop.
The leading cause prior to soda was reported to be white bread, but has since then been defeated by a new champion…the king of high fructose corn syrup. According to recent studies, soda is now the number one source of calories in America. The reported diets of a vast nationwide sample of American adults were carefully studied by researchers. Among the participants of the 1999-2000 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES)
More than two-thirds reported drinking enough soda or sweet drinks to supply them with a greater proportion of daily calories than any other food.
Those who consumed sweet drinks had higher obesity rates.
By identifying the leading sources of excess energy in the American diet, researchers are hopeful that the findings may enrich the establishment of needed strategies to battle obesity and further contribute to fat loss.

Additional Supporting Evidence:
There are more strikes against soda and sweet drinks than the above documented research. According to the American Dietetic Association, trusting on a Coca-Cola to quench your thirst cravings could waste a great amount of your daily calorie allotment.
Did you know that most adults need 1,600 up to 2,400 calories daily and the average 64-ounce “Big Gulp” non-diet sweet drink that you can purchase at your local 7-11 store can score up to a whopping 800 calories in just one serving.
So what room does that leave for nutrient-rich foods that your body craves? Very little.
The saddest part of this eye opening article about America’s health is tragic to say the least because eliminate soda from your diet could be one of the easiest and most convenient ‘poisons’ to eliminate from your diet.
The refreshing taste that soda gives is not so refreshing after all and the sugar content from the high-fructose modified corn syrup will annihilate your insulin and leptin levels which greatly reduces your chance of achieving optimal and exceptional health.
Other conditions related to soft drink intake include:

Osteoporosis

Attention deficit disorder (ADD)

Insomnia

Kidney stones

Tooth decay

And one of the most damaging factors may be that it’s creating overweight Americans. Check out this alarming fact…The risk of obesity rises an alarming 60 percent for each can of cola you devour each day, and it’s also may be lowering the average age of death in America to a number in years so low that your kids will be dying at a younger age than you do for the first time in history.
Luckily you are now aware and it’s never too late. One of the most important steps you could take now is to be quit drinking that soda and switch to a pure source of water. Good ice cold water!

Be aware that soda can be quite addictive just like a cigarette to a smoker, so be caution when eliminating the big gulp altogether. A great support system may be necessary so you might want to recruit your family and friend to keep you accountable or better yet, do it with you. Hope this helps!
