On Monday I read an article about a nutritionist who ate primarily junk-food, i.e. Twinkies®, powdered donuts, Dorito’s®, etc, for 10 weeks…AND LOST 27 POUNDS!! The article can be found here:

Whew, now that I have got that out of my system it is of vital importance that we dissect this little experiment before overweight and obese people start assuming that they actually had it right this whole time. There are several important mitigating factors that need to be identified that I believe will crush the dreams of those that were about to stock up on every sugary, chemically infused snack at their local grocery store.
