Your doing everything right!  You are Exercising right.  Sleeping right. Drinking the right amount of water.  But WHAT are you eating?  Do know what’s in there?

Figuring out what is best to eat, getting it from a safe source, knowing how many calories it’s hiding and liking it – can be a struggle!
So, let’s start at the beginning.  A few days ago we talked about meal and snack ideas and pointed out the importance of protein.   Today we’ll share a few recipes, but before we do…  For ALL you Non-Cooks  Truth be told, I HATE COUNTING CALORIES and Cooking takes a lot of time I just don’t have!  So all of us Kitchen-Challenged folks, there is an alternative.  Both Amy’s and Kashie make great frozen means – and yup, they count the calories for you!  They are affordable, simple and in the freezer section.  Costco and Walmart both have them cheap.  So, there’s no excuse for not eating right or not knowing how many calories are passing those lips.

What about Shakes, Smoothies and other healthy meal replacements?  Yes, they are food!  So, for starters get the right tool for the job!  Nobody likes to cleans a big blender.  If fact, most people give up after just a few days of this.  It’s just too much work.  So, go to Walmart, Target or you closest “everything store”  and look for a single serve blender.  Hamilton Beach makes a great one for about $14.00!
