Team Stats as of Tuesday October 25th: This Weeks Stats: Well, it has been a long week. We wrote this last Tuesday and we were trying to get a chance to listen to the call for all the stats, but never got to it – SO SORRY! But don’t worry!!! Tomorrow is TUESDAY and each week the call goes live TUESDAY at 11:00 EST. So well get them for you tomorrow.

This Weeks TEAM Goal: The Team Gaol is to GET each of you on the road to CRYSTAL!
We are looking ahead for you and Your path to achieving a greater level of success has become crystal clear and we want to make sure that you knew about the incredible opportunity that goes along with “GOING CRYSTAL!
TAKE THE CRYSTAL CHALLENGE! Isagenix is now making the challenge available every six months, so you can give it try, another try and keep trying until you get it right!
If you are New- GO FOR IT! If you are not – It’s OK for you too: Perhaps you didn’t qualify for Crystal Executive status in your first six months of enrollment as an Isagenix Associate. No worries, you can still achieve this prestigious rank and be recognized at our next Celebration.
CHALLENGE RULES
1. Everyone, regardless of your status, can participate in the challenge.
2. There are two challenges per year:
Challenge 1: January 1–June 30 (We recommend that you get your game plan for these dates.)
Challenge 2: July 1–December 31(Yes! You can go for right now!)
3. All your current personally-enrolled Consultants who achieved Consultant status prior to you entering the challenge will not count towards this challenge.
4. Only newly-enrolled Associates promoted to Consultant during your 6 month period count towards your Crystal Executive qualification.
5. Taking part in this Challenge does not qualify you for the “Crystal Executive” bonus, unless you are within your first 6 months of enrollment.
6. To be recognized on stage at Celebration you must achieve your Crystal Executive status by the end of June.
HOW TO QUALIFY AS A CRYSTAL EXECUTIVE
• Promote five NEW personally enrolled, paid-as Consultants on your left team and five NEW personally enrolled, paid-as Consultants on your right team during your Challenge timeframe.
• All 10 Consultants must be ACTIVE at the same time on at least one day by the end of the qualification period
HOW IT WORKS
Once you click the Crystal Challenge button in your Back Officce your countdown begins to achieve Crystal Executive status. You must achieve
Crystal Executive status during one of the two challenges each year—Challenge 1 or Challenge 2.
Example:
Sally clicks on the Crystal Challenge button on February 1. She then has until June 30 to achieve Crystal Executive—it’s that simple.
If you don’t achieve Crystal Executive during your first challenge, don’t sweat it. There are 2 challenges each year, so your next opportunity is
right around the corner.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Simply go to your Back office, find the My Team tab, and click on the “Crystal Challenge” button. You’re ready to begin!
TIPS ON REACHING CRYSTAL EXECUTIVE
• Get an accountability partner
• Set small achievable goals centered around new enrollments and Consultant development
• Create or look at your contact list and identify those that you believe would want to achieve Consultant and start with them
• Never give up!

Make 2 X New Consultants each month!
You’ll have extras or fill-ins if others drop out before you get there.
There are more combinations but the important thing is to set a goal and make it happen.
What we need to do this week: To reach this weeks team goal it will take firm understanding of how to train new consultants.
