Branding, WHO ARE YOU?

That’s what you were trained to do, isn’t it!?

Well, it does work for some people and it’s one way that you can promote your “online you”, but it’s not the only way to promote your ‘online business’ and it’s not the most effective.

There are literally thousands of ‘want to be successful’  ‘online yous’ out there that are trying to sell themselves so much that fail to sell products and services entirely.

Are you online for ‘you online’ or for your online business ?

I know this goes against a lot of the training that is out there.  “Build a relationship first”, they say.

The branding consultants would not agree with me, but who are they?   Are they really successful in Network Marketing?   If branding was all you really needed to have a successful online business, they would not be consultants.  They would be leaders in their ‘Company’ and they would be on the top of the search engines.

Here is an example, some people actually have a ‘company’ fb page and a twitter ‘company’ page, so they are only branding the company there.  Guess what, Search engines love that and so do people.  Yes,  people really do search the company name before they join a company or buy their products.

Talk about driving Traffic!

WHY?  We’ll, why did you join your company? Did you hear about the products first?  Did you try them?  Did they work? At which step did you become convinced that this was the company for you?

Chances are before you signed up you searched the internet to learn more about the company.  That’s right you went to the search engines not to some ‘Me online’ grue.  Like most people, you did your own research.  That’s how most people find us and join our team and not the ‘online you’ team.  They are looking at the company and the products now and they want a place to place an order, now!

Don’t be fooled, some people really do buy products just because the products are that good.  In fact, some people come to a company for the reputation of the products alone and that’s why our online business is so successful!  We joined Isagenix, because we tried he products and they worked and that is exactly why we use SEO to get to the top of all the search engines and we rarely use branding at all.
